Pick up and carry your cake box from the BOTTOM only. Make sure your cake is LEVEL at all times during transport, refrigeration and display.
Transport your cake in an airconditioned car, the best place to put it is the FOOT WELL of the PASSENGER SIDE as this surface is flat and will avoid any movement.
Take the cake out of the fridge 1-2 HOURS BEFORE SERVING at room temperature for the best flavor and consistency. Keep out of direct sunlight.
Remove all decorations before cutting & serving the cake.

Tall cakes contain a CENTER DOWEL STICK to stabilize the cake. Please ensure to remove it prior to serving the center of the cake.
The best way to cut tall cakes is in SQUARES instead of triangles. Start by slicing down along the side of the cake.
Gently let the cake slice FALL onto the cutting board or large plate, and then cut the cake slices VERTICALLY.
For tall cakes, you may additionally cut the slices in half HORIZONTALLY to make smaller slices to your desired serving size.
Don’t forget to wrap or box up the remaining cake in an airtight container & refrigerate to keep it FRESH for later!
